At NVMP Services, your privacy is our priority. It applies to all NVMP staff, phlebotomists, contractors, and business partners who may handle your medical information.

You may file a complaint with NVMP Services or directly with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.

Data Protection

Your PHI is stored and transmitted securely using encryption and access controls.
We retain PHI only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
